Accor Group came back to us to implement another global learning experience — The Accor Business Campus. Designed to train employees in revenue management, it needs to reach people in 6 different languages spread across 95 countries, on any device. We worked with a sensitivity for core company and individual values, and set ourselves the task of delivering a truly effective training experience within 3 months of the first workshop.
Seb Azzo pressed the GO button on 6 design and development sprints. We built prototypes rapidly, user tested routinely and shipped product features at the end every sprint. The clockwork nature of our approach lead to an episodic, highly customisable e-learning platform. We made sure management could measure their team’s learning success from day 1, and that content upload was a breeze.
